Phase 12 review found no EMC application first-party cookies, no sessionStorage entries, and no Set-Cookie response headers on the tested local routes. Local development tooling may create framework refresh cookies that are not part of the public production website.

Public forms load Cloudflare Turnstile from challenges.cloudflare.com to protect against automated submissions, spam, bot activity, and abuse. Depending on Cloudflare's active security configuration, necessary security storage or cookies may be used to verify legitimate traffic and prevent repeated challenges. The local Phase 12 runtime audit did not observe Cloudflare cookies or Set-Cookie headers, but final production behaviour must be verified during Phase 13 preview validation.

The Contact Us page embeds Google Maps from google.com to display the EMC location. Google may process technical browser information or use its own cookies and similar technologies when the embedded map loads or when a visitor opens Google Maps.

The website does not intentionally store completed enquiry-form contents in cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage. Form information is held temporarily in the page while the visitor completes the form, submitted by POST as JSON, and reset after successful submission.

The following entries reflect the Phase 12 code and localhost runtime review. Secret values, tokens, and full identifiers are not published.

Strictly necessary and security technologies may be used to operate the website, protect forms, prevent automated abuse, maintain website security, and deliver requested functionality. The public website does not use visitor-account, customer-account, patient-account, public EMC HMS login, or authentication-session cookies.

EMC does not use browser storage to remember completed form contents, language preferences, shopping carts, or online payment status.

EMC does not currently use analytics cookies on this website.

EMC does not currently use advertising, remarketing, behavioural-targeting, or personalised advertising cookies on this website.

Based on code review and local runtime inspection, the current public website does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, remarketing cookies, behavioural profiling cookies, customer-login cookies, patient-login cookies, shopping-cart cookies, online-payment cookies, newsletter-tracking cookies, or social-media-plugin cookies.

Normal outbound links to independent third-party websites do not place third-party cookies on the EMC website. Independent third-party websites may use their own cookies after you follow a link to them, and their practices are governed by their own policies.

No consent banner is currently implemented because no non-essential analytics, advertising, remarketing, behavioural-targeting, or marketing tracking technology was identified during Phase 12 review. Legal review remains pending.

EMC should not enable non-essential analytics, advertising, marketing pixels, or similar technologies without a separate management and legal decision and any required consent controls.

Visitors can use their browser privacy settings to review stored website data, delete stored cookies, clear website data, clear localStorage, block selected cookies, or use private-browsing controls.

Blocking necessary security technologies may prevent Cloudflare Turnstile verification, form submission, or certain website functions.

Cloudflare Turnstile is the active third-party security service used by public website forms. EMC does not use Turnstile for advertising or behavioural marketing.

The Contact Us page embeds Google Maps to display the EMC location. The current website does not embed third-party video players, social-media widgets, external font providers, analytics providers, or advertising networks in the reviewed implementation.

Independent third-party websites may use their own cookies after you follow a link away from the EMC website.

EMC may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the website, security services, storage behaviour, providers, operational practices, or applicable legal requirements.
